• Customization Options: Color customization, logo addition, and format selection

Service Limitations: OnlineQrs is provided "as is" without any warranties. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

You retain all rights to the content you input into our QR code generator. By using our Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content solely for the purpose of generating QR codes.

QR Code Ownership:

Generated QR codes are your property. However, note that QR code technology may be subject to patents and trademarks. The QR Code® is a registered trademark of DENSO WAVE INCORPORATED.

5. Limitations of Service and Disclaimers

Service Availability:

OnlineQrs does not guarantee uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation of the Service. We may suspend or discontinue the Service at any time without notice.

Technical Limitations:

• QR codes have technical limitations on data capacity
• Not all QR code readers support all features
• Print quality and scanning distance affect readability
• Custom colors and logos may affect scan reliability

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL ONLINEQRS, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

• YOUR ACCESS TO OR USE OF OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE THE SERVICE
• ANY CONDUCT OR CONTENT OF ANY THIRD PARTY ON THE SERVICE
• ANY CONTENT OBTAINED FROM THE SERVICE
• UNAUTHORIZED ACCESS, USE OR ALTERATION OF YOUR TRANSMISSIONS OR CONTENT

Maximum Liability: IN NO EVENT SHALL ONLINEQRS'S TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS EXCEED THE AMOUNT OF ONE HUNDRED DOLLARS (USD $100.00).

7. Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless OnlineQrs and its licensee and licensors, and their employees, contractors, agents, officers, and directors, from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees), resulting from or arising out of:

• Your use and access of the Service
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right
• Any content you input or generate using the Service

This defense and indemnification obligation will survive these Terms and your use of the Service.

8. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute Resolution:

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in San Francisco, California, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

Class Action Waiver:

YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
